Refund/Return Policy

1. General Sales Policy

All vehicle sales made by Crazy Car LLC are considered final sales , unless expressly stated otherwise in writing in the sales contract.

Once the contract has been signed and the vehicle delivered, no refunds or cancellations are accepted.

2. Used Vehicles

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Used vehicles can be sold in "AS-IS" condition (as they are) .

  • No refunds are offered after delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle before finalizing the purchase.

3. Deposits

In case of making a deposit to reserve a vehicle:

  • The nature of the deposit (refundable or non-refundable) will be specified in writing at the time of payment.

  • If the deposit is non-refundable, it will not be returned in the event of voluntary cancellation by the buyer.

  • If the sale is not completed due to causes attributable to Crazy Car LLC, the deposit may be refunded accordingly.

4. Financing

If the customer requests financing:

  • Approval is subject to credit review.

  • Lack of credit approval does not automatically guarantee the refund of a non-refundable deposit, except by prior written agreement.

  • The final terms of the financing are established by the corresponding financial entity.

5. Cancellations Before Delivery

If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase before delivery of the vehicle:

  • The conditions agreed in the contract will apply.

  • Administrative charges may apply.

  • The refund will depend on the type of deposit made and the status of the sales process.

6. Administrative Errors

In the event of a significant administrative error on the part of Crazy Car LLC (obviously incorrect price, materially incorrect information), the Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction before the final signing of the contract.

In such cases, any payment made will be refunded.

7. Legal Exceptions

This policy does not limit consumer rights that may be protected by applicable state law.
